Saw some footwear at a very good price, and ordered, and my order was picked quickly and I got a despatch email.

I had chosen free delivery with Parcelforce, but was then informed my delivery would be by Hermes/Evri. I've had severe problems in the past with this company, and one of my reasons for ordering was seeing the used Parcelforce as a delivery option, as I know they're totally reliable.

As it happens due to the hot weather, I ended up working from home, and my parcel was delivered without issue, and early.

So top marks for price and service, but a little more clarity on the delivery front would be appreciated.

So happy with service. Site design looks like an EU site, but it genuinely is UK based. Due to a whole sequence of unfortunate events I needed a new camera case urgently. Ordered a tenba case on Friday lunchtime and it arrived in post on Saturday. Print email updates throughout. Even with expedited Royal mail, it cost me less than I’d have paid elsewhere. Many other camera sites won’t do next day postage for orders under £100-150.

Fantastic service, with my order arriving less than 24 hours after it was placed. I was kept informed by email of each step in the packaging, dispatching and posting process and would not hesitate to recommend Absolute Snow and to use them again myself in the future. Thank you!

Ordered some skis from Absolute Snow and the process and tracking were perfect. DHL gave me updates the entire time. Part of the order was missing, and upon notification, the missing item was immediately dispatched. Great service!!!

I'll definitely be returning to Absolute Snow - superb experience. Found what I was looking for cheaper than anywhere else, communication was spot on throughout and delivery super fast. Highly recommend!
